How to read what we publish

Most of the advice here you can do yourself with time and patience, and we say so where that is true. Where we name an agency, treat it as a recommendation to evaluate, not a verdict. Verify claims, including numbers quoted from vendors, before you spend money.

What we will not recommend

Guaranteed post removals, vote manipulation, and undisclosed fake accounts. Those tactics fail publicly and the fallout is worse than the thread that prompted them.
